How to add requirements of the job? 
GO TO: Human Resources- Personnel Management- Personnel Development → Profile → Change 
In the Find area, use the structure search to find the ## Accounts
Payable Clerk  and double-click on it.  
On the tab page Requirements choose Create. 

Enter the qualification First Aid in the search term field and then chose Enter.

Select First Aid and then Enter (Copy).

In the Proficiency field, choose Yes.

You can do the same for more requirements. I choose to add one more.##Spanish
