How to create  a qualifications profile for an employee?

GO TO: Human Resources- Personnel Management- Personnel Development → Profile → Change
1. Multimedia skills, proficiency good.

Choose Date and enter the first day of the current month as the key date and press Continue(enter).

 

Choose Person from the area, enter the personnel number or name and  should appear in the
hit list your person. Double-click on his name and The Person: Change Profile
screen appears.
On the tab page Qualifications choose Create.

Choose the tab page Search Term. I choose to search Multimedia Skills.

Select the multimedia and press enter.

Enter High in the Proficiency field and SAVE.

 

 

2. Knowledge of Desktop Publishing, proficiency average.

Repeat the procedure to enter the proficiency average for the qualification Knowledge of Desktop Publishing.

Proficiency average.

3. ## Spanish , proficiency fluent.

SAVE.
You can enter more than 3 qualification.
